LP Perspectives: First Meetings
It takes more than just a pitchbook, polished presentation and top quartile track record to win the attention of today’s institutional investors.
But what exactly are LPs and their consultants looking for when they meet with a private real estate manager for the first time? - Know your audience
- Shut up and listen
- Know your value proposition
- Respect an LP’s time
- Honor the LP process
